Veterinarians and Distributors :
Use the form below to sign up for our Wholesale Discount Program. When filling out the form, please indicate either 'Veterinarian' or 'Distributor' when specifying Registration Type. You will also need to provide a phone number where you can be reached - we will need to contact you directly to verify your status as a distributor or veterinanrian.

Once you have been verified by PetLife International and accepted into the Wholesale Distributor Program you will receive a special key code which will automatically apply your discount to your your orders of PetLife products.
